I've spent more than 20 years helping teams communicate change.

Over that time, I’ve seen that even the strongest programmes can struggle when people don’t understand what’s changing, why it matters, or what they need to do differently.

That’s why I focus on clear, practical communications that help people make sense of change and move forward with confidence.

I work closely with programme teams to create communications that build understanding, support engagement and encourage adoption.

My change journey

I started my career in finance journalism, helping people understand complex financial information.

That experience taught me how to find the story, simplify complexity and communicate what matters most.

Since then, I’ve worked across internal communications, change communications and transformation programmes, supporting organisations including Amazon, HSBC, National Grid, NHS, Ofgem, Rolls-Royce and Transport for London.

Today, I combine communications strategy, storytelling, writing and visual communications to turn complex programmes into clear, actionable communications that people can understand, engage with and act on.
